Contract Development and Negotiations

We are used to working with and managing Owner’s Engineers, EPC, and EPCM contractors and regulatory consultants, scrutinizing their activities and maintaining the interests of project Owners. We have developed and negotiated many contracts for engineering services, project execution, major equipment procurement, and long-term service agreements. Power Team Consulting also supports bid evaluations and selection as well as the alignment of technical specifications and requirements to contract terms. Contract types include:
